- TRANSFER, DEFAULT, CANCELLATION, TERMINATION
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the program. Call or email our Support department at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the chosen YFD Event to transfer your enrollment. Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible.
If you are unable to attend your chosen YFD event and do not wish to substitute, contact our Support department. We will either:
Provide a digital recorded version of the YFD training event if you are unable to attend the event as a suitable replacement.
Convert your enrollment to a non-refundable YFD voucher which must be used within one year from your original YFD event date. Some restrictions apply. A complimentary enrollment is valid for the event date listed in the electronic confirmation only and is non-refundable/non-transferable.
Customer’s account must be current under these Terms before the start of the virtual YFD Event. If Customer is on a payment plan and still has a balance prior to the YFD Event, refunds are not eligible.
No refund or other credit will be provided if Customer fails to both:
- attend the YFD Event on the chosen YFD Event dates and
- obtain advance written consent from Real Advisors, LLC.
Once the event commences, if not completely satisfied with the YFD Event, customers seeking a refund will need to reach out to our Support department no later than 8:00am EST on Day 2 of the chosen YFD event. Customer must have attended Day 1 of the YFD Event to have your refund considered. At Customer’s option, we will apply Customer tuition to another event, or send Customer a full refund within 2 weeks based on the original method of payment.
Customers seeking a refund will need to click on a link provided by our Support department and must complete the necessary form by 8:00am EST on Day 2 of the chosen YFD Event. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks based on original method of payment. Complimentary enrollments are not eligible for refund or credit.
Once you apply for the Satisfaction Guarantee at this time, you will no longer have any access to the YFD Event, and you agree to delete at that time any materials provided to you, including without limitation the online YFD workbook.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – ELGIBILITY
To be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee, you must attend Day 1 of the YFD Event and you can request a refund up until 8:00am EST on Day 2. At your option, we’ll apply your tuition to another event, OR we’ll send you a FULL refund within 2 weeks based on the original method of payment.

You agree to the following terms in regard to the Real Elite Software Subscription
TRIALS: 60-Day trial period of Real Elite Lite upon signup. Monthly fee of $97.00 applies thereafter. Your card will not be charged until after the initial complimentary (60)-day trial period measured from the date of your purchase. If you purchased a subscription with recurring payments, you agree that we will automatically charge the current monthly subscription fee to your credit card account or to your checking account at the beginning of each period until you cancel the subscription. If you cancel the subscription before the trial period has expired, you will not be charged. Should you cancel after 60 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term. Fees are not prorated. You understand that other applicable fees may be charged to you. You agree that we may extend your credit card expiration date to assure continued service. Access service fees may change from time to time with thirty (30) days advanced notice.
Memberships cannot be refunded or transferred.
Cancellation: Memberships must be canceled 20 days before the billing period or you may be liable for the next month's payment. All cancellation requests must be sent to email@example.com

Your subscription may be suspended or terminated without notice upon rejections of any credit and/or debit card charges or if your card issuer (or its agents or affiliates) seeks return of payments previously made
